All payments are processed securely. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only issued under specific conditions.

Use of Iconic VPN is prohibited in countries where VPNs are illegal or heavily restricted, including but not limited to:

  • Iran  
  • Iraq  
  • Turkmenistan  
  • North Korea  
  • Myanmar  

You are responsible for complying with local laws. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

Iconic VPN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iconic VPN, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms. 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
