Definition
A subscription provides time‑limited access to Iconic VPN on a recurring billing basis.
Auto‑renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically on the renewal day at the then‑current price (plus applicable taxes) unless cancelled before renewal.
Management
Manage billing, invoices, and cancellation in your account dashboard. Purchases via app stores must be managed via the relevant store account.
Price changes
We provide advance notice of price changes for future terms. You may cancel before changes take effect.
Trials and promotions
Iconic VPN does not offer a free trial. Promotional pricing applies only to the initial term unless stated otherwise.

- Subscription = ongoing access to the Services for your chosen period.
- Automatic renewal continues for successive periods unless you cancel in My Account.
- Renewals are non‑refundable once they begin (except where required by law).
- Renewal pricing: renewals occur at the then‑current standard price unless stated otherwise; we will notify you of material changes where required.
- Payment timing: renewal charges may be made [e.g., 7–15 days] prior to the next term start for annual plans, or on the day of renewal for monthly plans.
