End User License Agreement (EULA)
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective date: 22 January 2026
1. Scope
This EULA governs your use of Iconic VPN applications and services for Windows, Android, and iOS (the “Solution”). By installing or using the Solution you agree to this EULA.
2. Licence grant
We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to install and use our apps on the permitted number of devices under your plan. You must not reverse engineer, resell, lease, or provide the Services to third parties except as allowed by your plan.
3. Subscription, renewal, and cancellation
- Auto‑renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the then‑current standard (non‑promotional) price unless you disable auto‑renew in My Account.
- Cancellation: You may cancel any time; access continues until the term ends.
- Refunds: Refunds are governed solely by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Renewals are not refundable (except where required by law).
4. Fair use & Acceptable Use Policy
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Excessive simultaneous connections beyond your plan, automated account sharing, or network abuse may result in suspension.
5. No‑logs position and service data
Iconic VPN does not collect or log originating IP addresses, DNS queries while connected, browsing history, or traffic content. We may process minimal service data (e.g., aggregated bandwidth totals, high‑level connection telemetry, crash reports) to operate and secure the service, detect abuse, and plan capacity. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Updates and changes
We may deliver updates. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated terms where notified for material changes.
7. Service changes
Server locations, features, and performance may change. Some changes may be immediate for security or legal reasons.
8. Legal use only
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and third‑party platform terms.
9. Warranties and liability
Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for all claims in a subscription term is limited to the fees paid for that term.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate for breach (e.g., AUP violations, fraud, non‑payment). On termination, your licence ends; uninstall our apps.
11. Statutory consumer rights
UK consumers retain mandatory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Governing law & jurisdiction
